The warm and splendid coastal climate provides a wide variety of fruits with exquisite taste and bright colors, essential features of everyday life in Cartagena.
In this activity, you will learn to taste local fruits and marvel at the characteristic flavors, from the most common to the most exotic.
We will serve you fruits such as Golden pineapple, melon, papaya, and mango, as well as many exotic and lesser-known fruits like sapote, loquat, star apple, peach palm, and carob (subject to availability). Some fruits are traditionally consumed with salt, lemon, and pepper, such as green mangos and sour guavas; you will have the opportunity to taste these as well.
