Our company expresses the broadest respect to the following principles and recruitment guidelines, committing ourselves to ensure its compliance and application in its business activity:

Know and respect at all times the laws that apply to us and act in an ethical commitment with the society and its relationship to the environment, implying compliance with our supply chain when appropriate. These general contracting principles, among others, are:

Respect for human rights.
Respect for the Rights of Children.
Respect to the current legality.
Total refusal to forced labor.
Rejection of child labor.
Equality and Diversity:
Rejection of discrimination of any kind (gender, disability, ethnicity, age or lifestyle) in professional relations.

Ensure that neither bribery nor corruption are parts of our business practices, as well as ensuring the confidentiality of the information we have access to and the protection of personal data.

Perform the services in accordance with national and international laws including the rejection of forced or compulsory labour, the refusal of child labour, the promotion of policies of no discrimination of any kind in accordance with the local laws, compliance with the conditions of work, health and safety rules, respect of fundamental human rights.

We are taking the responsibility for the compliance of these principles not only by use, rather also by our subcontractors. We ensure that their standards of business conduct will be at least as strict as the principles of engagement exposed here.

Periodically we are verifying the compliance of the mentioned principles by us and our subcontractors. Therefore we can locate any violation of the principles immediately a take the respective actions necessary.

Finally, we want to ratify, that it is the obligation of all employees to comply with the above mentioned principles.
