As a dish you will be served delicious fruits, such as the Golden Honey pineapple, melon, papaya or mango.
The center of the table is decorated with exotic and unusual fruits such as the zapote, níspero, caimito fruit, peach palm, small bananas or the carob tree fruit.
At the same time you will learn a lot about the use, partly medicinal use and benefits of the different fruit varieties.
In addition, you will be served green mango and sour guava in a traditional rather unusual way (with salt, lemon and pepper).
