In La Boquilla, a beautiful and authentic fishing village on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, we will have the opportunity to observe and identify native and migratory birds from a traditional canoe steered by the Bogador (local fisherman).
Additionally, we will learn about the ecosystem, flora, and fauna of the Mangrove forest. The tour includes a journey through the Mangrove forest of the Ciénaga de la Virgen, the Ciénaga del Juan Polo, and the Fishermen’s Island, then we will pass through the Mangrove tunnels (for example, the tunnel of love, friendship, luck, etc.). You can choose to go out at sunrise or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
